China Securities Index Co., Ltd. (CSI) recognized and processed the free-float based on the public shareholders’ information, which needs to be disclosed according to the existing domestic laws and regulations. The information includes:

--prospectus and announcement on listing: actual controller, promoter, strategic investor (and the freezing period), frozen shares, shareholding of senior executives, shareholding of employees;

--periodic reports: actual controller, promoter, strategic investor (and the freezing period), frozen shares, shareholding of senior executives, shareholding of employees, top 10 shareholders, etc.;

--special announcements: report on shareholders’ shareholding change, report on purchase, announcement on equity pledge, etc.

The free-float change due to non-corporate behaviors (such as the ban-lift of "big non-tradable stocks”)will be adjusted every half year to increase the investment possibility.The adjustment will take effect from the first trading days of every January and July.
