On behalf of their exchanges, Zhu Yuchen, CFFEX CEO, Richard DuFour, CBOE Executive Vice President, Phupinder Gill, CME CEO, Garry Jones, NYSE Euronext Group Executive Vice President and Head of Global Derivatives, as well as Andreas Preuss, DBAG Vice CEO and Eurex CEO, signed the memoranda.

The above 4 overseas exchanges are leaders in the global financial derivatives sector. According to the signed memoranda, CFFEX and other four exchanges will develop friendly relationships in the financial derivatives industry, build effective communication mechanisms, explore opportunities for business cooperation, and provide mutual support for each other’s growth. The cooperation covers information sharing, personnel training, business cooperation, product development, etc.

CFFEX CEO Zhu said that the exchange had attached much importance to the exchange and cooperation with overseas peers, while the signing of the memoranda this time had paved a good foundation for the all-round cooperation to be launched between CFFEX and overseas markets. CFFEX also expected to build deep and long-standing cooperative relationships with all the relevant exchanges by taking the opportunity of signing of the memoranda, in a bid to fuel new breakthroughs of CFFEX in product innovation, opening-up, and other aspects.

Executives of the other four exchanges said that they felt it was a great pleasure to sign the memoranda with CFFEX, expecting more chances for in-depth business cooperation so as to achieve a win-win situation.
