The Shareholders' Meeting is CFFEX's organ of power. The Board of Directors is accountable to the Shareholders' Meeting and exercises the power granted by the Shareholders' Meeting. The Board of Directors has appointed an executive committee to perform the daily functions of decision-making, management and enforcement. Other special committees under the Board of Directors include Trading Committee, Clearing Committee, Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Supervision & Mediation Committee.
Now, the CFFEX has one Board Chairman and three Deputy CEOs.
CFFEX has fourteen departments currently: General Office, Trading Department, Clearing Department, Market Surveillance Department, Legal Department, Information Department, Marketing Department, R&D Department, Accounting Department, Internal Audit Department, Human Resources Department, Administration Department, Investor Education Center and Technology Center.
