All member entities,

Pursuant to the Notice on Further Improving Trading Terminal Information Collection of Futures Business Institutions’ Clients (CSRC Announcement [2018] No.27), where a client places trading orders through trading terminal software, the member shall ensure the client's orders directly connect to its information system. All CFFEX members shall strictly abide by relevant requirements and, with respect to relay agent software management and certification, shall grant access to relay agent software that meets regulatory requirements according to the Futures Company Client Trading Terminal Information Collection and Access Authentication Technical Specifications published by China Futures Market Monitoring Center.
