Upon agreement an EFP transaction on Chinese government bond futures by the parties thereto, the EFP transaction should be timely reported to CFFEX through their clearing members who provide EFP services, together with the deal ticket for cash bonds and related information. The EFP transaction should be initiated, entered into the system and submitted by the seller of the futures contract and then confirmed by the buyer of the futures contract. Upon examining and reviewing the EFP transaction, their clearing members should report the EFP transaction to CFFEX within the prescribed time limit.
