What Should a Member Do if the Counter to Which the Previously Registered EFP Seat for Its Client Is Connected malfunctions, and the Client Still Has EFP Transactions to Report?

In accordance with the Exchange’s rules, a member must immediately report any failure of its system to the Exchange.

The member should migrate its client from the malfunctioned counter to another counter that can support EFP transactions, change the registered trading seat for the client on CFFEX’s member service system, click the “Save” button, and have the latter counter logged into the Off-Book Trading Platform and CFFEX’s trading system. After such login has been successfully completed, the member should notify its client to report EFP transactions.

The registered EFP seat for the client, after being changed, will immediately become effective at the Exchange.
